Glass Factory Nizbor and Pilsner Brewery

In Plzen (Pilsen) beer has been brewed since the town was founded in 1295.
The Pilsner, known these days is connected with the name of Pilsner Urquell, a beer brewed in the Prazdroj brewery built in 1842. Since that, beer makers all over the world have been trying to imitate this beer.
With this tour you will visit the factory and see how Pilsner was brewed and drank in the past and how real Pilsner is brewed and drank today. About 150 years of brewery’s history will reveal itself.
The famous glass factory is situated in Nizbor, a small town on the Berounka river not far from Prague. You will see and learn a lot about the history of glass making and the contemporary glass Czech glass production. You will have the chance to buy glass products with considerable discounts.
